EXPERIENCE THAT SHAPES MY PRACTICE

More than a decade of hands-on clinical experience

Private Practice

Founder and owner of Wildflower Acupuncture since 2015, growing from a single treatment room into a multi-room practice serving Longmont, Boulder County and patients traveling from throughout Colorado and beyond.

The Healing Warriors Program

Providing acupuncture care to veterans and active-duty service members since 2017, including several years as Director of Acupuncture and with continued work at clinics and veteran events.

Athletics & Performance

Experience providing recovery-focused care to Division I athletes at the CU Boulder Athletic Center. A lifelong Colorado outdoorswoman, I’ve tried just about every outdoor sport imaginable, giving me a firsthand understanding of how active bodies move, where they get overloaded, and what they need to recover well, stay strong, and avoid injury.

Rooted in Colorado

Colorado isn’t just where I practice; it’s part of who I am. I grew up here and have spent much of my life running, hiking, skiing, climbing, and exploring the mountains. That firsthand experience with an active Colorado lifestyle complements my clinical training as a licensed acupuncturist and gives me a practical understanding of how the body moves, recovers, and responds to stress. When I’m not in the clinic, I’m spending my free time with my friends and loved ones either listening to live music or sleeping in the dirt.
