Specialized Training & Internships

During her graduate training, Jocelyn was selected for an advanced placement Sports Medicine internship, where she worked with Division I athletes at the University of Colorado Boulder. She also completed a clinical internship at Golden West Senior Living in Boulder, gaining experience in geriatric care and age-related health concerns.

Her additional clinical training includes specialty rotations focused on sports injuries, orthopedic conditions, headaches and migraines, emotional health, stress management, and sleep disorders.

Treatment Approach

Jocelyn’s training encompasses both Chinese and Japanese acupuncture styles, allowing her to tailor treatments to each patient’s unique needs. Her integrative approach includes moxibustion, cupping therapy, auriculotherapy, gua sha, electroacupuncture, and individualized dietary and lifestyle recommendations to support long-term healing and whole-body balance.

In her free time Jocelyn can be found roaming the mountains with her dog, Dudley, or enjoying live music.
